Overview

46mm diameter by 80mm tall tabless cylindrical lithium-ion cell. The tabless current-collector architecture cuts internal resistance roughly in half versus 2170 cells, enabling ~6x peak power and dry-electrode coating that eliminates solvent ovens. Pack-level cell becomes a structural member, removing module housings. Manufactured at Giga Texas, Nevada, and Berlin.
