📍 Outline = the ATCF construction site east of the Giga Texas vehicle factory, south of Tesla Road (OpenStreetMap way 1553482280). Cross-checked against Sentinel-2: the rectangle is cleared by late May 2026, a bevel-cornered foundation appears by early July and slab work by late September — matching drone reports (Joe Tegtmeyer via Tom's Hardware) of a rectangular foundation extending south with beveled corners. Tesla's TDLR filing (TABS2026028764, 'Austin Semiconductor Fab') lists a 489,600 sq ft building. Base map imagery predates construction.
