📍 Outline = phase-1 land clearing measured from Sentinel-2 on 2026-09-22 (~555 acres; a separate ~60-acre pad sits just south). It falls inside the area mapped as 'Terafab' on OpenStreetMap from drone footage and inside the 22,429-acre JETI project boundary SpaceX filed with the Texas Comptroller, and matches drone reports of phase 1 (of up to 10) on the western side of the site near Gibbons Creek Reservoir (Joe Tegtmeyer, 2026-08-23). SpaceX hasn't published building footprints; the outline will grow as clearing continues. Base map imagery predates the clearing.
